1. About us & these terms
The MOTHER AI Services are provided by Media Stream AI Limited (“MSAI”, “we”), a company registered in England & Wales. These Terms, together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and AI Act statement, form the agreement between you and MSAI. By accessing or using the Services you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to hold an account, and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. The Services & AI output
MOTHER is an observe-and-advise AI platform operated with a human in the loop. Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided for information only and is not professional (legal, medical, financial or safety-critical) advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it. We maintain a standing no-strike posture and the Services must not be used for target selection, fire-control or any autonomous-harm purpose (see the AUP).
4. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable law, including the Online Safety Act 2023, the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and UK export-control and sanctions law. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
5. Fees, tokens & consumer rights
Paid features are billed as described at purchase. Prices include applicable taxes where stated. As a UK consumer you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including — for digital content and services — the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill. Where you request immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may end once performance begins. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, the MOTHER models and the MOTHER, MOTHER EXO and MOTHER CORE names and branding are owned by or licensed to MSAI. Subject to these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the output you generate from your inputs; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate, secure and improve the Services. You retain rights in content you submit and are responsible for having the rights to submit it.
7. Third-party services
The Services may link to third-party sites and tools (for example the IntuiTV creator for text-to-video). We are not responsible for third-party content or terms; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and update these Terms; material changes will be signposted, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not exclude any warranty that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100. Business users' statutory rights differ from consumers'; this clause applies subject to your non-excludable rights.
11. Indemnity (business users)
If you use the Services other than as a consumer, you agree to indemnify MSAI against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or the AUP, or your unlawful use of the Services.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the AUP, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where local law so provides.
